Another observation is when REAL clouds appear these same Planes dump agents on the rain clouds and you see them MAGICALLY evaporate, thus creating a DRY month or months. That is purely DRAFTING MOTHER NATURE. I find that very interesting for summer months in a place where we do not have thunder clouds as they appeared out of NO WHERE , they seemed to be empty of moisture, NO THUNDER DEVELOPED from it. One can almost set their watch to the development of a huge thunder cloud in a matter of days after the GRIDS are placed.
Not only is HAARP a military Weapon but it is also a civilian control nightmare. Once the CHEMTRAILS are seeded ( let's call them by the name they are ) and the GRIDS of 4 to as many as 17 or more lanes with usually a cross over at one end and at the other end of the lane another crossed over are stratigically placed. He claims that Russia bombarded the United States with mind control radiation for decades using their own type of HAARP weapon. They wouldn't want to, for example, make a direct descendant of Jesus Christ the ruler of the entire world. The author is a serious reseacher and a true believer in 'the Conspiracy' as he calls it.The many potential lethal uses of the HAARP device include:1) death rays2) mind control radiation3) weather modification4) earthquake creationThere are many interesting points such as an elite group within NASA has the shuttle astronauts perform experiments without informating them about the true purpose of those experiments and without training them about the type of science being used. Just as the evil sorcerers on Atlantis got control of the terrible 'fire stone' and destroyed an entire continent in one day so there are evil magicians in our world today it seems messing around with similar powers.Smith gets into some of this in the book and suggests that another use for HAARP is to discover the secret underground complexes left by the space gods in Egypt so they can use those Atlantean devices for military purposes.However he dedicated an entire chapter to 'Da Vinci Code' type theories about what individuals and / or groups make up the conspiracy. Many believe that the government is well aware of an alternative form of physics which they keep out of the universities. I wouldn't doubt it.As I read this book I was thinking about the dramatic rise in the rate of autism that is being observed today. He also implicates Russia in creating an earthquake in China that killed hundreds of thousands of people using their 'Russian woodpecker' device.HAARP uses what I guess we would called 'Tesla' technology.
None the less, I recommand this book, everybody should know. We are ordinary people, old people, no scientists, we wanted to know.Now we know,we have the impression that it is complete, telling all the details available, names, places, how it came thus far.It is not a pleasant book, but we wanted to know.We realize that people do not want to know what is going on, we think that it is important. I am reading it for my almost blind husband, sometimes we need a 'stiff' drink afterwards.

When you first start to read this one he introduces you to HAARP from a historical point of view and pushing ahead to the more controversial "what can it do" you grow in knowledge with the book. GO BUY IT NOW. I am a big fan of Jerry Smith's writing. If you're looking for the cliff notes on HAARP then you're looking in the wrong place. If you're interested in HAARP, Weather Modification, Mind Control or DARPA you NEED this book. When you finish this book you will not only understand what HAARP is, which honestly is a little complicated, but more importantly what it can do. This is very scary stuff, but an excellent book to read on the subject.One of the things I really like about Jerry Smith as an author is the level of detail he puts into the book, but also the way he structures it.
My final word. Lots of footnotes and resources, always the hallmark of an excellent well written book.
The book is full of the history, detail, and background on the HAARP system. But the surprise is at the end.At the end of the book Jerry even provides the original patent and now that you've read through the whole you're ready to tackle it as well as understand it.Now the boring stuff - Cover and internal art are classic AUP and frankly I get a big kick out of it, but even if you don't - the content speaks for itself, and it speaks loudly.
His books provide the full story about a subject, not the highlights. It makes for a very good read as you incrementally come up to speed.
Don't take shortcuts, read the whole thing, and you'll be much better informed about just how scary our world is. In this book Jerry takes us into the covert and secret world of HAARP and does it with his usual detail.
And let me tell you its a little scary, running the gamut from mind control to weather modification and everything in between.
